Join me on Oct. 3 in Orlando at the fourth annual “Celebration of Life” breast cancer awareness luncheon, which will benefit the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. The event, featuring a wonderful luncheon and a silent auction, is co-sponsored by WESH 2, Carrabba’s Italian Grill and the Florida Institute of Research, Medicine & Surgery Cancer Center.Once again, the Girls Getaway Guide has teamed up with the Gaylord Palms Resort to provide a fabulous Girls Getaway Vacation Package ($1,500 value) for the silent auction fundraiser. Last year, the entire event raised more than $20,000 for the Susan G Komen Foundation.
